Shiho Fukada is a freelance photographer based in Beijing, China. She is a native of Tokyo, Japan with a degree in English literature, who worked in the fashion and advertising industries in New York before becoming a photojournalist.
Her clientele consists of The New York Times, MSNBC, New York Magazine, and The Chicago Tribune Magazine. She won the Grand Prize, Photo of the Year by Editor and Publisher Magazine in 2008.
