Frank Rothe (b. DDR, 1972) grew up in East Berlin. At the age of 19 he began to write for newspapers and periodicals. Later he became a photographer, and has done series on Thai transvestites, unusual portrait of China ‘China Naked’ and on the Germans and their weapons, among other topics.
